The Gem tang is a beautiful and rare fish that is highly sought after by aquarium enthusiasts. It is native to the waters of the Indian Ocean and can be found in the reefs off the coast of East Africa. When caring for a gem tang in an aquarium, it is important to maintain a stable water temperature and pH level. They require a diet of algae, plankton, and other small organisms. Adding live rock and a sand substrate can provide a natural habitat for the fish. Overall, gem tangs are a stunning addition to any aquarium, but require proper care to thrive.
